Training Contract & Procurement - Assala Energy - London - June 2025

This was a very positive training week. Paul has adapted remarkably to the specific audience (Management level) and the requirements to merge the Contracting and Procurement modules. One of the positive outcomes of the training was the interaction between participants from different teams and locations from Assala and no doubt these discussions will help aligning and improving Assala processes. Paul has created a very favorable environment for those discussions to take place. Paul has also adapted and worked well with the presence of Assala's legal counsel, allowing this presence to add value overall to the training by highlighting Assala-specific key areas and topics. The audience and interactions will be different if the decision is taken to expand the training to Assala's Gabon-based teams, and the programme and approach would have to be adapted to each discipline. But all the initial objectives of the week in London have been achieved, and I felt all participants had a good time interacting with Paul and participating to the training.
