Overview: This module focuses on the specific contractual conditions applicable to key logistics services supporting E&P operations.
It examines the main principles governing Supply Base Management contracts, including service performance and remuneration mechanisms.
Particular attention is given to the allocation of liabilities, responsibilities and insurance obligations between the parties.
The course then addresses Offshore Support Vessel contracts and the contractual frameworks commonly used in the industry.
Participants are introduced to the BIMCO SUPPLYTIME charter party, including its structure, principles and recent developments.
The module also considers ad-hoc vessel contracts and the standard clauses governing marine support services.
Key contractual topics include performance requirements, financial conditions, liabilities, insurance and limitation of liability.
A dedicated section covers Air Support contracts for helicopter and fixed-wing services supporting E&P activities.
It explains important contractual elements such as aircraft definition, Air Operator Certificates (AOC), performance standards and financial provisions.
Overall, the module provides participants with the knowledge required to understand, assess and manage the main logistics service contracts used in E&P operations.

Audience: This module is essential for any manager of a Supply Base, Marine or Aeronautical support Contract but also for any operational - Superintendent, Supervisor - managing the logistical operations of Supply Base, Marine and Aeronautical support.

Deliverables: Upon completion of this module, the Trainees will be able to:
- Understand the specific contractual features of logistics services used in E&P operations.
- Identify the main clauses of Supply Base, Offshore Support Vessel and Air Support contracts.
- Understand how service performance requirements and KPIs should be defined contractually.
- Analyze the main remuneration and financial mechanisms applicable to logistics contracts.
- Understand the principles governing liabilities, indemnities, insurance and limitation of liability.
- Become familiar with standard offshore vessel contractual frameworks, particularly BIMCO SUPPLYTIME.
- Distinguish between standard contracts and ad-hoc contractual arrangements.
- Understand the contractual requirements associated with aircraft, Air Operator Certificates and aviation services.
- Identify the main contractual risks and responsibilities allocated between Company and Contractor.
- Be able to review, assess and manage logistics service contracts throughout their execution.

Certificate: The training will be completed by an online test on EvalBox. Upon completion of the training, including the test, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance issued by Adinergy.
