Overview: The Bids analysis and Contractor Selection is the second and final Process before the award of the EPC Contract. It follows various Philosophies and Rules which aim at ensuring to all Bidders a fair and controlled process. The application of these rules will be influenced by a Schedule which is very often a strong driving in Project Management.

Audience: Package Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Engineers who will directly participate to the implementation of the Project Contractual Strategy. 
Any stakeholders to a development project in the energy sector needs to understand the Bids analysis and Contractor selection process.

Deliverables: Upon completion of this module, Trainees will control the Bids analysis and Contractor selection process in order to ascertain a fair and equitable award of Project Contracts.

Certificate: The training will be completed by an online test on EvalBox. Upon completion of the training, including the test, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance issued by Adinergy.
