International Freight Forwarding
International Freight Forwarding is a vital segment of the Upstream Supply Chain. Transporting sensitive industrial equipment from one point in the world to the opposite within schedule and with an efficient control of the cost is a condition of success of the Oil and Gas development Projects.
This is the reason why Adinergy was requested to come to Luanda to train the whole TotalEnergies Transit team (2 missing team's members on the picture).
The training received a satisfaction rating of 95% and the trainer: 94% with a topîcs knowledge rate of 100%.

It was a warm and dense week. We did a very rich and useful exercise at the end: The complete Transit Process mapping of the department and identified 5 ideas of improvement for this Process. A good Team Work !
