Overview: The purpose of the Call For Tender is to select a competent Contractor at the best acceptable conditions.
In order to meet this objective, it must create the best conditions of competition by being transparent and equitable for all tenderers. 
The prequalification is the first step of the Call For Tender process.
When conditions are not met for competition, we will see how the Operator will seek the same objectives outside the conventional competitive process.

Audience: Package Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Engineers who will directly participate to the application of the Project Contractual Strategy. 
Any stakeholders to a development project in the energy sector needs to understand the Call for Tender process.

Deliverables: Upon completion of this module, Trainees will control the Call for Tender process in order to ascertain a fair and equitable award of project contracts.

Certificate: The training will be completed by an online test on EvalBox. Upon completion of the training, including the test, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance issued by Adinergy.
